Response to the conflict in Ukraine<\/h1><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

PATH partners unite in their condemnation of the Russian invasion of Ukraine and support the call for an immediate cessation to the current conflict and hostilities. War and armed conflict can have particularly devastating consequences on the mental wellbeing and physical health of pregnant women, babies, children and their families, with impact lasting across generations. Ensuring timely access to adequate physical and mental health support in the perinatal period for all displaced families is vital in reducing the risk of adverse outcomes.<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s been particularly difficult over the past year. Many parenting groups haven\u2019t been able to continue face to face meetings but there are many online groups available.
