Recommendation 2

Organisations should set clear targets / key performance indicators, in collaboration with their employees, for monitoring and improving employee health and wellbeing.



Organisations should aim to have high levels of good employee wellbeing, and setting organisational goals around wellbeing can help with this.


You can measure employee wellbeing through the use of staff surveys or feedback. The organisation should also publicise action taken in response to survey findings or any wellbeing issues raised by employees.
